"A lot of my friends who have listened to the CD have asked me if these are mostly love songs. I grin and shrug it off as a 'definite maybe' or 'sounds good to me' analysis, because in many ways they are correct. That wasn't the goal though. I am mildly fearful of being a classic case of the old Freudian archetype of someone whose subconscious influences their artistry and thematic intent. But if that's true, then at least my songs are coming from a place of truth."
